This fantastically beautiful book is officially my sons' favorite book for 2016...I even got the inspiration for our my new prints called... "Bolides" ( presenting it at the new Trade show).

Alliterative statements take reader (big and small) through the car-racing alphabet and a hundred years of racecars: "Eyes in the audience, each open and eager, expecting excitement (enduring exhaust)"

 

This book is engaging both with powerful words and great cars designs, from the early 1900's Ford model to 2001 bright red Ferrari. It is also an alphabet book, which would engage young readers such as my sons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

From the letter A: " Automobiles, machines on wheels" ....

 ....to the letter Z  "Zoom.." and "the winner waving wildly" is... unmistakably Formula One’s Michael Schumacher in his red Ferrari F1-2001!

 

Not many alphabet books convey this kind of excitement, and it’s both a great story book and a special treat for young race fans.

 A book to enjoy over, and over and over again!
