Petidoux Shipping Information

Shipping Time 

Web orders placed before 11:30 am (EST) will pick, pack and ship on the same business day. 

Web orders placed after 11:30 am (EST) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Web orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Orders are processed from our warehouse in Lee, MA and may take up to 5 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.  

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National holidays.

Once you placed your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, which will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. 

International customers are responsible for paying import tax duties. 

Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Petidoux cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs processing.
